Known issues may include a mark, stain, rip, missing tag, or packaging wear. When identified, the issue is disclosed in the lot description, quote, or packing information.

Typical fulfillment is 3–5 business days after cleared payment and completed documents.

Standard lots are mixed random pulls. We can discuss category-focused or larger custom lots, but no brand, size, color, or style is guaranteed unless it appears in the written quote.
Do you provide a manifest?+
Yes. Download the sample manifest below to review typical categories, brands, conditions, and pricing. Available lots vary, so request current lot details with your inquiry.
Can I inspect before buying?+
Yes. Request an appointment to inspect available inventory. An inspection appointment does not reserve inventory.
How does pickup work?+
Pickup is available by confirmed appointment in Watertown, NY. A loading dock is available. There is no ground-level loading.
Can I arrange my own freight?+
Yes. Buyer-arranged LTL or truckload freight is welcome. We can also help define the shipment so you can obtain quotes.
What is the return policy?+
All wholesale purchases are final sale and sold as-is. Mixed pallets and larger orders may require a signed purchase agreement.

A valid resale certificate, cleared payment, and any required signed documents. Inventory is not held with a deposit.
