Freight and local pickup
Buyers may arrange their own LTL or truckload carrier. Pickup is available by confirmed appointment in Watertown, NY. A loading dock is available; there is no ground-level loading. Arrival instructions are provided with the appointment confirmation.
Planning the shipment
A 500-piece order may require roughly one to two pallets and approximately 500–900 pounds, depending on category and packing. Final carton count, dimensions, weight, freight class, accessorials, and landed cost are confirmed for the actual lot.
Large-order terms
A valid resale certificate, approved quote, cleared payment in full, and any required signed purchase agreement must be completed before fulfillment. Inventory is not held with a deposit.

Yes. Request an appointment to inspect available inventory. An inspection appointment does not reserve inventory.
Can Empire Clearance quote my freight?+
Empire Clearance can define the shipment for quoting, but buyers are welcome to arrange their own carrier. No discounted freight account is represented.
Are the pallets manifested?+
Some opportunities include a lot-specific manifest, while others are sold as unmanifested lots. The written quote will explain what is included with the purchase.
